Quality Certificates
Quality and food safety is our main concern. Our HACCP control process ensures that there is as little risk of contamination as possible during our production process. We do this by following the HACCP roadmap: there is a hazard analysis, all critical control points (the CCPs) are identified, criteria are specified, a control system is applied, when a CCP no longer meets the criteria, actions are taken, everything is recorded and the system is verified by external audits. While this process is only the beginning for us, its importance should by no means be underestimated.
Therefore, to ensure that all of our products meet these requirements, we have external bodies check us. Our accreditation number is AER/ANT/017779. We obtained 3 ACS - Certificates (G14, G17, G39), delivered by Inscert Partner of Partner Quality Group. ACS stands for "Autocontrol System.. The audit associated with obtaining this certificate focuses primarily on hygiene, HACCP and traceability.
Moreover, in 2023 we also obtained our first IFS Food certificate (version 7, product scope 5,7; technology scopes B, D, E, F).
