About Us


Cornelis-Adriaenssens is an established company that has been preparing fresh and quality potato and vegetable preparations for more than 30 years.

The company was taken over in 2021 by Vincent Tibau and Astrid Heiremans.






Vincent trained at Ter Duinen and in the best starred restaurants, he created his own Food Community with his Absoluty Food projects and worked as a private chef for several ministers for many years.







Astrid worked for 10 years as an Auditor at Deloitte, first in Eindhoven and then in Brussels. After that she supervised several companies in both finance and operations. She also serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and advisor to the Board of Directors at House of HR and Chair of the Audit Committee at Sprimoglass Group.

Various types of vegetable stews, vegetable purees, potato salads, pasta salads, raw vegetable salads, red cabbage, ratatouille, chili sin carne, stew, applesauce ... hold no secrets from our kitchen.

We work exclusively with daily fresh raw materials delivered directly from local farmers, growers or the early market. Our preparations form perfect side dishes for our customers, more specifically the better butchers, supermarkets, restaurants and caterers. All our dishes fully comply with the established standards of quality and safety in the food sector.

Cornelis-Adriaenssens guarantees quality, freshness and excellent service! We also want to demonstrate this with our quality certificates from Inscert. This is an independent company specialized in quality control in the sectors agri-food products.
